So I’ve done some thinking on how I want my blog to operate and what I want people to expect when they view my blog. What you can expect from me is daily healthy living tips which could be anything from a workout routine that you may want to try or a recipe that tastes good and is healthy for you too. Then every Wednesday you can expect a larger blog segment which will go in depth into a subject related to having a healthy lifestyle. This way you can expect content everyday from me to keep my blog interesting and informative.



I'm a university student currently attending Saint Mary's University and majoring in Criminology. I spend most of my free time going to the gym, driving my motorcycle or hanging out with friends.
