Snacking Isn’t Always Bad

Some days there is nothing you can do, you’re just uncontrollably hungry between meals and you want to have a snack. If you decide you want one, it’s often hard to choose what to have because what you want to eat isn’t always good for you.

A Clif bar is that inbetween kind of snack. It has that awesome chocolate chip cookie taste but is full of nutrition and organic ingredients that are good for you. It is also a decent size serving of protein to help keep you full until your next meal. It’s like your cheating on your diet but you’re really not.
