I’m sure we all have workout schedules that we like to stick to but sometimes some of the best workouts are the ones you don’t plan.
I generally take Sunday’s off to relax and rest my body but I was sitting around doing nothing (which I know is nice sometimes) and was bored out of my mind so I decided to go to the gym and didn’t stick to any particular routine. I just worked on what I felt like I wanted to work on and it was great! I enjoyed it so much that I might even start making a habit of hitting the gym on Sunday’s a little more often!
