Shin Splints Update

A couple of weeks ago I talked about how I was struggling with shin splints and how frustrating it was because I really like running. I’m happy to say that I’ve been doing my stretches and icing my shins and they’re now fully healed and I actually went for my first run yesterday which was great! I did my stretches afterwards and I have no pain today! I’m really happy with how I feel and I’m super excited to get back into frequent running!



I'm a university student currently attending Saint Mary's University and majoring in Criminology. I spend most of my free time going to the gym, driving my motorcycle or hanging out with friends.
