Now that university exams have finished, I decided that I really want to focus on my fitness and get myself to the best that I can be this summer so I’ve done some looking and I’ve found a fitness plan that should set me on the right path to reach my goals.
My goals are pretty simple. I’m not going for size, I’m going for strength and a tone body. I want usable muscle that’s not only going to make me look good and feel good, but is actually going to be useful.
I got my fitness plan from bodybuilding.com which is my go to website for pretty much everything fitness related and I also buy all of my supplements there too.
